We are searching for a Patient Accounts Billing Manager.  MUST have experience working in a hospital environment or other health care establishment.  Your duties will include to accomplish human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees:  communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions against established metrics, recommending compensation actions, adhering to policies and proceedures.  
You will be meeting operational standards by contributing information to operations plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quallity, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying system improvements.  Maintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting proceedures.  You will also need to participate in educational opportunities, and create a network system.  This is a great opportunity with a growing company in the patient/billing industry.  Salary based on experience.
