As President of Key Partners, Inc., I can tell you that I am not the smartest person in my office. I have hired the most brilliant staff in their respective fields for my office to surround me and help me bring Key Partners to the next level. I would like you to meet my staff and to learn why we could not do what we do without each and every one of them.
Eileen Doyon, who has served Key Partners for over 16 years is our longest standing employee and incredibly smart. Street smart, people smart, staffing smart. Whenever I have a moral dilemma, Eileen will be the one to set me straight. And set me straight she does. And I enjoy how she does it.
It is simply with one look that tells me “uh-uh wrong move!” She is the voice of reason in this office. All things moral and just begin and end with Eileen. It doesn’t hurt that she remembers candidates and clients going back many many years and can give you a true and accurate picture of each of them. She amazes me every day with her knowledge and her caring of clients and candidates.
Shaun Davies, our jack of all trades. Shaun left us early on, to pursue another opportunity. But we got her back! Thank goodness she called us first! She recruits, she sells on occasion, she handles our social media platforms and training, and also coordinates all our Computer Training. She is our resident photographer, and our Marketing guru. Do I need to say more? All this on one salary! Shaun is the ultimate professional, always. Someone who on occasion has had to slow me down, but 99% of the time, is on board with any of my off-the-wall marketing ideas. Somehow she makes it happen no matter how small our budget might be. Our candidates and clients enjoy her pleasant personality as much as the internal staff!
Elizabeth Brockelbank, our newest member of the team! Elizabeth is our Business Development Manager and I could not ask for a more dedicated and more pleasant sales representative. However, on occasion Elizabeth and I do get into a little trouble. (My partner in crime!) That’s when Eileen steps in and straightens both of us out! Elizabeth brings professionalism, a thorough understanding of the sales function and infectious energy and enthusiasm to Key Partners. She also is caring of clients and candidates and it shows in her interaction with our clients. Elizabeth is a key participant to the growth of Key Partners.
So, while I would not want you to just take my word for it, please call and chat with one or all of them.
And if you don’t feel the way I do after speaking with them, I will eat my hat!
